Summer is such an amazing time of year, but for many of us (me included), it can be a time where we fall out of some of our routines of self care.

With the high energy that summer brings, it’s not uncommon to start feeling a bit stretched thin, in need of some quiet time and grounding, or a tad achey as your body doesn’t benefit from quite as much rest as usual.

All of these are totally normal, expected, and easy to remedy when you catch them quickly! To help in that process I’ve put together a bundle of 3 sessions to help restore a little balance to your body, mind, and lifestyle.

  • 3 x 60 minute Zoom Sessions (or phone if preferred).
